The BaseUnit test didn't belong to UnitTimeout
and, more important, it needed access to
private members to both validate their state
and to reset them (since the test is artificially
initializing both WSD and Kit tests and cannot
uninitialize them, lest we unload ourselves).
As such, the self-test is now internal to
BaseUnit, with the added bonus that it
is called on all tests and not just UnitTimeout.
Also, more assertions have been added.

This adds support to having multiple tests in
a single unit-test .so.

Since we can flag a test as passed
at any point, we don't need to
use a flag and override existing
functionality.

This adds support for code-coverage HTML reporting.
To achieve this, we must use file-linking in jails
so that we can update the coverage data (.gcda files)
from the jails. This means that creating jails is
slower than with bind-mounting and we need to
account for that in our timeouts.
We also can't kill child processes with SIGKILL,
which is un-catchable. Instead, we use SIGTERM
and dump the profile data before exiting.

A problem since c6561a99d8 (wsd: test:
correctly stop SocketPoll in UnitTimeout, 2022-04-21), the trouble was
that calling UnitWSD::returnValue() from UnitTimeout::returnValue()
deletes the 'this' pointer, so we need to copy the interesting data
members to the stack before calling the base.

When config.h is not included, the build
configuration is missing from the translation
unit in question. This affects ENABLE_SSL,
for one.
Also, HttpRequest.hpp depends on LOOLWSD_VERSION,
which is defined in config.h.
The config.h header must be included in all
trasnlation-units, and must be the first include.
This is to avoid conflicts and/or mismatching
binaries built with different compile-time values.
We also statically assert if LOOLWSD_VERSION
is not defined, to help the error message.

Now all logging is done after checking if the
level in question is enabled or not (thanks to
the macros LOG_XXX), which saves unnecessary
conversions and stringification when said level
is disabled.

Lots of hacking in my LO tree required to make this work, will probably
end up needing to add an extra parameter to the LO side.
