This improves the flagging of possible-modification
in cases where there might be a race between the
arrival of the ModifiedStatus flag from Core
and the closing of the document. This can happen,
for example, when the user makes an edit and
immediately closes the document. In these cases
we want to be able to assume modification based
on the last activity from the user that may have
modified the document.
The issue this patch fixes is that we were too
aggressive in our assumption of modification,
because it was better to be wrong and try to
save rather than not. However, this also set
the IsModifiedByUser header to the PutFile
request when uploading the document to storage,
which was not accurate or acceptable.

There is a race between the time of modifying
a document, receiving the modified flag, and
saving. This can happen when, for example,
the user modifies the document and closes
immediately. In that case, when uploading
we will not have the modified flag and will
not set the User-Modified attribute.
While this isn't 100% accurate, and it can
never be, it's still better to be conservative
and flag a version in storage as user-modified
than otherwise.

In an attempt to reduce the size of Util.{c,h}pp
which has grown to contain all sorts of unrelated
helpers, we move StringVector helpers into
the StringVector.{c,h}pp files.
This makes the code better organized.

logic, and are used from contexts that don't involve
the protocol as such.

When parsing, we virtually always know the name
of the token we are parsing at compile time.
Taking advantage of that means we also know
its size at compile time, and can optimize
std::string allocation, size counting and
the implementation of getTokenInteger.

This is meant to reduce lots of small allocations and instead have
pointers into the single string for the various tokens instead.
This has a few requirements, though:
1) It's no longer OK to modify the tokens, changing their length would
invalidate the start/length of other tokens. Rework
DocumentBroker::load() to avoid such mutation.
2) The iterators no longer expose zero-terminated strings, so
Poco::cat() doesn't work anymore: add an own cat() instead and use that
in e.g. ChildSession. The own cat() has the benefit that it won't read
past the end of the array if the begin index is out of bounds to add
more safety.
(This nicely works towards killing Poco usage in general.)
3) If zero-terminated strings for all individual tokens is needed, a
copy has to be made, as done in spawnProcess().
(For all of these requirements, the build fails if there are problems.)

The bulk of this commit just changes std::vector<std::string> to
StringVector when we deal with tokens from a websocket message.
The less boring part of it is the new StringVector class, which is a
wrapper around std::vector<std::string>, and provides the same API,
except that operator[] returns a string, not a string&, and this allows
returning an empty string in case that prevents reading past the end of
the underlying array.
This means in case client code forgets to check size() before invoking
operator[], we don't crash. (See the ~3 previous commits which fixed
such crashes.)
Later the ctor could be changed to take a single underlying string to
avoid lots of tiny allocations, that's not yet done in this commit.

The server tells the client the hash of each tile it sends (calculated
from the contents of the tile, not its PNG encoding). When the client
asks for a tile to be refreshed, it tells the server what the hash of
the existing tile is. If the server notices that the tile contents
hasn't actually changed, it doesn't PNG encode it and doesn't send it
to the client.
The intent is that this will reduce load on the server and also avoid
unnecessary tile traffic.

If we are logging a message, we want to see the first line of it in
its entirety if possible. Especially now with more parameters being
added to tile messages, 120 was not enough to see the added
interesting ones.
Bin the silly test that used knowledge of what the limit is. We should
not test a coindidental arbitrary number that is not a documented part
of an API. If we want to test the default abbreviation functionality,
we need to at least make that default limit (now 500) public in
Protocol.hpp.

Tiles no longer hog the queue ahead of all else.
We now give priority to callback events, so clients
get to know the document state sooner.
Since tiles take long to render, an equal time
is given to non-tiles (capped at 100ms).
Finally, Impress preview tiles are given
the lowest priority and rendered only when
the queue is drained.
