Include config layer to override kit config simply.

The config is read once during the forkit startup. Add a read-only
user configuration layer, and also disable config writing: no
writable user config.

loolwsd: terminate forkit when wsd dies

When we the pipe with wsd is closed we
assume wsd has died and we terminate too.
WSD can fork us anew, if it's still alive.
