To support parallel loading, we need to
start a test not when a DocBroker is created,
but before we send the first load requst.
This changes the test structure to rely
do that explicitly, rather than using the
onDocBrokerCreate callback.

The event we trigger when we detect data-loss
is best named to reflect that fact.
And since we can override the behavior,
for example if the test expected to trigger
the data-loss detection, then we can signal
the non-failure by the return value.

We track the number of wopi requests done
during tests and compare with the expected,
in each test scenario. This ensures we don't
miss any expected/required wopi operation,
but also that we don't do more than the
necessary minimum.

Now the remaining tests that didn't have a name
get one and the logs are unified between old-
and new-style tests. Mostly.
This makes sure that all logs and assertions
properly log the test name and make test
failures easier to debug and fix.
