Fix networking in the chroot.
...
The needed files were not copied, and consequently the hostname
resolution did not work in the chroot.

Avoid copying most code into the chroot jail.

Last lingering bits are the xpdfimport import support and
some horrors required for NSS.
This requires a reasonably new core.
