Ashod Nakashian 32007cbb32 Update LOK headers and reuse callback-type-to-string helper
Also, avoid repeatedly converting INT_MAX to string.
It's an arbitrary large number, so use 1 billion,
which is probably more easily recognizable as an
arbitrary large number.
