INTEGRATION: CWS hunspell2 (1.1.2); FILE ADDED

This patch update the CWS to the stable Hunspell 1.1.12.
Also fix the hyphenation bug reported in Hunspell Bugzilla (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=756395&aid=1772381&group_id=143754)
