Patrick Luby	ecf47ebc7d	Made the following changes so that the tcsh make recipes will work from a non-terminal shell (e.g. in cron and at): ... - Escaped all # characters in sed statements. - Quoted all # characters in echo statements. This change was made because tcsh treats unescaped and unquoted # characters in a command as the start of a comment when the shell is not attached to a terminal (see tcsh man page).	2000-10-06 14:03:01 +00:00
