efcb90c023 - changed: moved <text:span> handling for textfields into text field export 
- changed: MID_FLAG_NO_ITEM... to MID_FLAG_NO_PROPERTY... and coresponding implementation
           (The flag no prevents asking for a specific property; else the attribute is
            handled normally.)
