make gbuild the default assumption of build.pl
...
this removes dmake completely out of the build for migrated modules
build.pl now assumes modules to be gbuild, unless there is a
prj/dmake file

gbuildize internal zlib
...
and stick headers into the solver in the same hierarchy as is "standard"
so we don't have to patch so much, similiarly rename to libz

silliness, just added the case for iOS, too.
