Stephan Bergmann e208ce9658 Fix build of Extension_test-{active,passive}
Partial reverts of 1553d3787c "use for-range on
Sequence in d*" and e37e990650 "tdf#88205 Adapt
uses of css::uno::Sequence to use initializer_list ctor", plus
loplugin:redundantstatic.
