Jan-Marek Glogowski 8a4173987e WASM: add initial support for Emscripten cross build
- configure with:
- --host=wasm64-local-emscripten
- had to make a few externals optional, so adding:
  - --disable-nss
  - --disable-cmis
  - --disable-curl
