Quoting sberg: "an include file like this one that is part of the published URE interface must not include an include file like config_host/config_global.h that is not part of the published URE interface." I did grep for other config files in include, but that missed the "ifdef LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY" protection; most time this file will be included via some other header, so just drop it.
