Gabor Kelemen 36db242816 Run clang-tidy with misc-unused-using-decls on module xmloff
To remove unneeded using declarations.

Via the simple script:

for i in $(find $dirname -name "*cxx" -o -name "*hxx" ); do
    clang-tidy-12  --checks="-*,misc-unused-using-decls" "$i";
