Tomaž Vajngerl 81e3d9daed drawinglayer: remove ImplPrimitive2DIDBlock macro
We can just implement the simple getPrimitive2DID method in all
primitives. The ImplPrimitive2DIDBlock macro doesn't save us
anything.
