Mike Kaganski a01a642ebb UnoApiTest::loadFromURL -> UnoApiTest::loadFromFile
The old name was misleading (it doesn't take an URL, but a filename);
also, now it's easier to grep for it - doesn't get mixed with
vcl::graphic::loadFromURL.
