Stephan Bergmann 8d775b9259 Use Windows dllmgr-x64 also for aarch64 
At least, CppunitTest_basic_macros CPPUNIT_TEST_NAME=Coverage::Coverage_Iterator
(which exercises it in basic/qa/basic_coverage/test_declare_from_dll.bas)
succeeds.

StarBASIC Interpreter

Contains the StarBASIC Interpreter

This implements a macro language that, when in VBA compatibility mode, is intended to be interoperable with Visual Basic for Applications, allowing people to run macros embedded in their documents.
