There was processorfromoutputdevice.cxx|hxx containing createBaseProcessor2DFromOutputDevice that does exactly the same thing as createProcessor2DFromOutputDevice in processor2dtools.cxx|hxx, so I removed one onf them to make handling of future changes easier.
