Michael Stahl 944eb99027 *api: convert <type>Foo</type>
Doxygen does not know type element and will recognize strings that
contain capital letter (all API types do) automatically as type.
This patch removes 15k doxygen warnings.

git ls-files | grep \\.idl | xargs sed -i "s,<type>\([^<]\+\)</type>,\1,"
