Renaming all README files for all top level modules to README.md, applying no content change at this stage to be able to track history of the files. These files should be edited to use correct Markdown syntax later. This extension integrates into Calc and offers new Solver engines to use for optimizing nonlinear programming models.
As there is no known upstream source for nlpsolver/ThirdParty/EvolutionarySolver, the code is considered internal and can be modified like any other internal code.
