anuragkanungo f25ad44036 fdo#60625 - Document converter wizard fails to find powerpoint files to convert 
Previously all the formats was specified but none of them were being converted or detected .  But in my patch , it is able to detect and convert ppt pptm pptx formats .

So ,we can atleast add support for these formats .

Java wizards for db setup, importing, tutorials, etc.

There are also partially converted python copies of each wizard, which
we are hoping to migrate to in order to remove the Java dependency here.
