Stephan Bergmann 3bf4af8d18 Revert "tdf#124176: Use "pragma once" on udkapi/*"
This reverts commit 8fd8c0894d.

Reason for revert: As the failed Jenkins build shows, idlc does not support "#pragma once" in UNO .idl files.
