Frank Schoenheit [fs] ca19291e15 undoapi: give SfxUndoManager an own mutex, and ensure it is released before calling into SfxUndoAction::Un/Redo ... This allows clients to delegate the MT thread safety to the SfxUndoManager, calling into it without an own mutex locked.
