Caolán McNamara b1ecafb240 Remove archaic xmerge

Formats like Aportisdoc can be opened via
org.libreoffice.comp.Writer.EBookImportFilter instead.

It doesn't look like there will be any support implemented for Nokia
9210 Communicator PsiWord. No particular burning demand for that
anymore apparently.

Removal of the filters that used xmerge took place at:

Xcode Project for Debugging LibreOffice on macOS

Just an Xcode project to make it easier to debug a running soffice instance on macOS. Not intended for other use. The Xcode project has references to a fairly arbitrary bunch of source files from here and there in LibreOffice that I have happened to debug in Xcode on macOS.
