This is nice to make them more easily debuggable. A series of crude hacks are employed to bootstrap enough services from python so the current tests run. This is only tested with system python3 on Fedora. Test harness code for C++ unit testing Many of these tests are run during the build process. In that case on unix, if a test fails follow the error messages to debug it under gdb.
