Move the definition of the "customize" frame above
the "metadata" one in the .ui file so that it matches
the visual appearance, which makes sure that tab focus
order with the Qt-based VCL plugins is correct as well
for Writer's "File" -> "Export As" -> "Export as EPUB"
dialog.
