add a --border-radius: 4px value
and use it for sidebar and notebookbar

When the storage returns modified-in-storage or conflict status
to an upload attempt, we prompt the user to handle the conflict
when the document is modified. Previously, we only prompted
when we had the modified flag set, ignoring the possibility of
having a race with the modified flag, in case the document was
just modified, or potentially modified.
We now prompt the user even when the document is potentially
modified, giving the user the opportunity to decide what to do.

At least for me, whenever I have seen the result of that code logged
in Xcode when debugging the iOS app, the lines for the "description"
and "stack" have said just "[object Object]". It is unclear whether
that is because the code explicitly assigns the empty object {} to the
desc and stack variables here, or because err.message and/or err.stack
do exist but are objects, not strings.

Even though the on mobile the display set to flex seems to work
introduced with 95bd65d2f6
the fact is that we do not need flex here and it might cause different
unexpected results depending on the device
This commit is not needed on 6.4 (as it was already fixed while cherry
picking Document has been changed related commits)

All commands are working and were tested.

**spinfield unit**
- spinfield unit element was moved inside the spinfield
- there is space enough for 2 letters
**spinfield sync with listbox**
all items are similar to listbox elements
- add 4px border radius
- add border color
- add hover effect
**spinfield and listbox alignment**
- spinfield and listboxes should be right align
- therefore a fixed width for spinfield was added
- fixed spinfield width was designed for paragraph section
- some spinfields need movement
