Previously, all of the README files have been renamed to README.md and now, the contents of these files were changed to use Markdown format. Other than format inconsistency, some README.md files lacked information about modules, or were out of date. By using LibreOffice / OpenOffice wiki and other documentation websites, these files were updated. Now every README.md file has a title, and some description. The top-level README.md file is changed to add links to the modules. Universal Content Broker (UCB)
Universal Content Broker (has ucp) which do things like convert files to strings in content broker world.
mmeeks: so - I renamed the old LGPLv3 webdav code to webdav-neon, and imported
the (not built) serf webdav ucp into the old space. so that in future, we can
merge changes more easily - and still choose which to use. cbosdonnat kindly
volunteered to do some comparative analysis of the two codebases to decide which
is best for what etc.
